Excisional biopsy is performed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/deltadermpath.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/S08-25399-Lymphadenoma1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/deltadermpath.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/S08-25399-Lymphadenoma2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Diagnosis:\u00a0<\/strong>Cutaneous lymphadenoma<\/p>\n<p>The cutaneous lymphadenoma is a rare benign neoplasm of uncertain histogenesis, although it is generally considered to be a variant of trichoblastoma. This lesion has also been reported under the names adamantinoid trichoblastoma and lymphoepithelial tumor of the skin.
